Care Instructions I Dry Clean is advised. You can happily wash your Felix velvet in the washing machine on a gentle cycle avoiding any harsh cleaner. You can iron your cushion but be sure to lay a damp towel over your velvet before ironing to avoid any upsetting damages.

Same-Day Dispatch:
We aim to ship all orders the same day when placed before our cut-off time. In rare cases, your order may ship the following business day.

Free Shipping:
Orders over $150 ship free!

Local Delivery – Mildura & Surrounds:
We offer free local delivery every Friday.
Leave delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll text you Friday morning to confirm drop-off.
Pickup Available:
Orders can also be collected directly from us. Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.
Bulky & Furniture Items / Larger Orders
- Larger or fragile items (including furniture and pots) are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping.
- These products will have a note in the product description indicating delivery requires a quote. Please check the description or contact us directly at info@roseharvest.com.au to see if delivery is possible and to request a shipping quote.
- For larger orders, the checkout option “Freight Invoice Required” will appear. Freight will be arranged separately and invoiced after purchase.
