Note: If you have a snagged loop, please do not pull it. Simply cut off the loop with sharp scissors to avoid any further pulling - this will not affect the robe's performance.

We aim to ship all orders the same day when placed before our cut-off time. In rare cases, your order may ship the following business day.

Local Delivery – Mildura & Surrounds:

We offer free local delivery every Friday.

Leave delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll text you Friday morning to confirm drop-off.


Pickup Available:

Orders can also be collected directly from us. Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.


Bulky & Furniture Items / Larger Orders

  • Larger or fragile items (including furniture and pots) are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping.
  • These products will have a note in the product description indicating delivery requires a quote. Please check the description or contact us directly at info@roseharvest.com.au to see if delivery is possible and to request a shipping quote.
  • For larger orders, the checkout option “Freight Invoice Required” will appear. Freight will be arranged separately and invoiced after purchase.
