PRODUCT INFORMATION:
All of the FAZEEK glassware is handmade, which means there can be some variations between pieces. Given the hand-blown nature of the glassware, you may come across some slight differences in shape, colour or finish. It is not uncommon to find some small bubbles or an extra small wave in our Wave glasses. We love these unique quirks and it is all part of the beauty of handmade products. Each piece is checked thoroughly before leaving us. Any variations you come across should not take away from the experience or the ease of using the pieces, but rather enhance the fact that you’ve purchased handmade from a small business. Go you!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please be gentle with your new glassware as each piece is delicate, unique and handmade. This includes hand washing, not putting ice into the glassware before the liquid, and placing the pieces down gently onto hard surfaces.

Same-Day Dispatch:
We aim to ship all orders the same day when placed before our cut-off time. In rare cases, your order may ship the following business day.

- Express: $45.00 (Australia Wide)
Free Shipping:
Orders over $150 ship free!

Local Delivery – Mildura & Surrounds:
We offer free local delivery every Friday.
Leave delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll text you Friday morning to confirm drop-off.
Pickup Available:
Orders can also be collected directly from us. Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.
Bulky & Furniture Items / Larger Orders
- Larger or fragile items (including furniture and pots) are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping.
- These products will have a note in the product description indicating delivery requires a quote. Please check the description or contact us directly at info@roseharvest.com.au to see if delivery is possible and to request a shipping quote.
- For larger orders, the checkout option “Freight Invoice Required” will appear. Freight will be arranged separately and invoiced after purchase.
- Pickup is also available — choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.
